We will gladly work with you to customize or personalise your order. Please send us a message about all the information needed so we can create your personalised or custom item to meet your satisfaction.

Delivery Service 

We will ship your order based on the delivery method you choose during checkout.

Returns & Exchange 

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Wrong Delivery Address (or an order being returned back to seller)

If you somehow entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please inform us right away so we can change your delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and replacements or refunds will not be offered. This also applies to an order being returned to seller for other reasons such as unclaimed package or the receiver reject the item, etc.
